1968 delmont 88 parts sourcing help

ok im looking for a few parts that i cant seem to find..

1. windows trim/rubber for the doors and rear windows

2. trunk seal rubber

3. door trim rubber

and just any place that would carry parts for my car would be great..

and lastly.. minus a full engine tear down what would give me a few extra horse power?
I currently have these..

1. holly street dominator intake.

2. holly carb that i cant rightly identify heres the numbers i found..
facing the front of the carb from the bumper at the first float /barrels..
I see.. 331D-8 and right below it in line i see 1582 now the D might be a messed up 0 but it looks like a D..
then below the bowl on the front right i see 10569

Can you source the rubber for a 68 Delta 88?
I would think they would be the same pieces?

Carb is a 3310. Try Steele or Fusick for the rubber parts. As far as more power, Better exhaust, cam, cold air intake. You will probably want to look into better gears too.

Gears in the rear axle. As far as the cold air intake, I'm not a fan of the ricer style intakes as they still pull underhood air in, its still hotter than the air in front of the radiator support. Here's a pic of what Ford did in the early 60's. Disc brakes, 69-70 will bolt on. 68 had them too, but stay away, Expensive and hard to get parts for the 68's. 69-70 rotors are not produced any longer. There is a guy on here that has found a suitable replacement.

There are a couple(few?) guys on here that have some disc brake parts for the big cars. I might have a set of spindles, I'll have to check my stock. If you use the search function on here, you might have some luck. Try different wordings like Delta disc brakes, Delmont disc brakes, disc brakes, etc...

YEA your correct. i should use the search function more.. i do use it but i never seem to find any info on what im looking for.. like 1968 delmont 88 disk break conversions.. i find cars that are close but different.. no direct info.. but i might need to broaden my phrasing..

unless Things have changed since I did my 68 ninety-eight convertible disc change over , the only disc's that will fit OLDSMOBILE CARS are Oldsmobile Disc' brakes 67 thru 70 big cars only .as someone stated they are far and few around ,costly and heavy to ship . that being said I know of a few yards that have some still on the cars , cost around $300.00 + take off + shipping . then you need to rebuild the calipers and turn the rotors . I guess new calipers are available , not rotors .
