Of course, Ken is right on the money with 3095. Pretty small number, really.

Fusicks has a catalog for just the big body Oldsmobiles. Great place to buy.
They have a downloadable catalog on their webpage.

Tried Fusicks? You mean you've gone though their catalog? If you have, then that's about all there is. You can also try Pontiac for GM interchange parts (Ames).

I don't think the turn signal switch has anything to do with the cruise other than the lever screws to it. The switch should be available at the big parts stores but they may have to order it.
Rockauto has several switch choices, it's not unusual for them to be cheaper with shipping than most parts stores want for the same exact part.

To do it you need a steering wheel puller and a lock plate remover tool if the key is in the column.
On the trim pieces I've had good luck posting in the parts wanted section here, boneyards, Hemmings, evilbay.
That stuff shouldn't be too hard to find.

Try these guys for the trim. http://www.gmsportssalvage.com/?q=node/509 They have a 1970 98 parts car on the lot here in San Jose, CA. I think most of the front end sheet metal is the same between the 88/98. Not sure on trim. They may also have other stuff that is not on the web site.

dwsshay . sorry for not replying to you. I am sort of getting tired of giving pictures and prices and never hearing from them again . I have the convert switch $50.00,the trunk key emblem not the best in world $10.00. what fender trim do you need ? the spears or opening trim ? I have the front fender wheel opening trim $35.00 each side. dont have a turn switch for cruise . if you want these let me know . prices DO NOT include shipping . Money order or personal check only.

Cruise/turn signal lever

This may help broaden your search for a cruise/turn signal lever. I have a 1971 Cutlass wagon project with a cracked cruise/turn lever. I found a column from a 1978 Toronado and the cruise/turn lever looks the same. I've not taken the Toro column apart, but the button on the end and chrome arm visually look the same. I don't know if the 1970 were different than 1971, I can post some pictures if it would help. John

need a cruise lever?

I have an NOS cruise lever. It is not the cheap plastic grooved one with the chrome cap that would be correct but the later heavy smooth metal chrome one with the black cap. It is out of my personal stash of Toro parts. The last three of these I've seen on ebay went for $300(yikes). The proper grooved plastic ones are long discontinued, I saw one a couple years ago on ebay and missed the end of the auction(AARRGGHH!!). I would sell you this one for $160 If your interested call Tom at 2063130238 Thanks P.S. It is your post that triggered me to sign up to this place so thanks for that
