Are the tail lights interchangeable from a 74 delta 88 royale with an 75 delta 88

 

I would think not, assuming you wanted to maintain an original look. Just compare the two:



1975:




1974:




The '74's are divided through the middle horizontally while the '75's are not. The two might interchange as far as fitting in each other's slots, although in looking at the two just now, the '74's look slightly larger. I don't know for sure. But in any event, the appearance would certainly not be correct.

They will work by changing out the entire bucket, but as you see the taillight styling is very different between 74-75. 75-76 88s use the same taillight assemblies.
