Impala rear into a Delta?

Does anyone know for sure if a 71-76 Impala rear will physically bolt into a 71-76 Delta 88? I am interested in putting a 4L80E into my car along with a lower gearset. As I am sure you know there is very little available for the big olds rear, whereas you can get anything you need for one out of an Impala.
Thanks
Roy

The front and rear suspensions are the same on all 1971-76 B-body cars (except the wagons, of course). Yes they interchange. Keep in mind that the Chevy axle is 8.876", the Olds is 9.3".
