Body filler removal

Body filler removal

Looking to remove all 4 body filler panels for new paint.................Whats the best way to remove these?

Oh.
You mean those rubbery plastic bits on the corners.

It sounded like you meant Bondo removal techniques.

Yeah, as far as I know, the bumper has to come off on all models.

Sorry guys I meant the plastic panels on the body

not actual body work bondo

One bolt of each side on the body. Then remove the 8 13mm bolts to remove the bumper. Then the filler panel is held on by 8 push pins, a flat head screwdriver under the panel at each pin will pop them right out.

That's the rear, haven't done the front yet.

Remove the tailights first, easier to remove the bumper bolts that way
