I want to restore my 77 cutlass brougham. Now what is the best method of removing the cab from the frame

 

Im going to try to use a over head H bar wider than the body and Large straps If bar is wide enough no stress on sides and was going to put a board under each side full leanth to list on braces not rocker's and lower quarters? got the idea from a company
that sells add ons for a engine lift I think the name was body off resterations ?
not sure im using a over head crain .
