I'm havin trouble with the qtr windows staying in tract they fall or get off track when i roll them up or down any suggestions on were to start please help thanks guys?

 

Pull the interior trim panels off (fairly big job) and get a look inside at the tracks and regulator. Usually either the tracks are dry and the nylon rollers are worn out or the tracks are rusted apart. If the tracks are in good shape, you can pull the regulator, replace the rollers and grease the tracks. If the tracks are rusted badly, you'll need to replace the whole regulator assembly.

 

ok everything is off i can look at the motor the tracs im trying to figure out how they work?
