As listed above. Who makes a posi rebuild kit. (springs, clutchs, shims) for a 67 P type 3:08 rear carrier? Please do not chime in with all kinds of oh maybe this guy or that guy. I prefer to have information that helps. I have checked all the usual places.

The P axle is a cone type unit. They do not use clutches. There is a guy who specializes in rebuilding them and offers a warranty. I have used him several times with great success. He is a Pontiac guy,so that's where his expertise comes from. If you're interested in using him,I will try to find his info as it has been a few years. He is/was very reasonable on his rebuilds,about $150 or so.
