72 Delta 88 Rear Wheel Bearings

My 1972 Delta 88 is in need of rear wheel bearing. I have a mechanic doing the work. He has not been able to find the correct bearing. Anyone know where we can source the correct bearing? Any assistance would be appreciated.
Thanks
Kent

Rockauto shows availability of several options.

O'Reilly shows a couple as well. Both are in stock at my local store.

The A10 bearing did not fit. Any other thoughts?

The only thing I can think of is to take the old bearing out, clean it up, and take it to a parts store and see if they can match it to something. Have them look at bearings for model years around yours. In looking around online, some model years at that time could have had a Pontiac rear axle while others in the same year could have had a Buick/Olds axle. Rockauto shows other designations besides A10. Maybe they're all the same. I don't know.

I don't know if this will help at all, but look at all the different possibilities for the '73 Delta 88 at Rockauto. Pontiac axles, Buick-Olds axles, B axles, O axles, C axles. I'm not saying that any of these will fit, but it wouldn't hurt to have the parts guy at a local parts store pull a few off the shelf and compare them to yours.

The old bearing should have a number on it.

It may also help if you posted pictures of the casting number on the rearend. It should be at the front near the u-joint flange.
