Those are the regular production option (RPO) codes used by the factory to designate certain types of standard or optional equipment. For example, Z28 was originally the RPO code Chevy used for the equipment that was included in the 1967 Camaro trans am race equipment package. Using "Z28" as the model name came later.

Oldsmobile typically used the "W" RPO codes for special performance equipment and packages, but the codes span the entire alphabet. For example, A51 is the RPO code for bucket seats, C60 is air conditioning, etc. Note that the definitions of each RPO code often changed from year-to-year, so you can't generalize, you have to specify a model year as well as the RPO code.

On the build sheet and order form, unfortunately. Your car is too old to have a SPID sticker. Later cars have all the option codes on the SPID, but that didn't start until the 1983 or 84 model year.
