Has anyone replaced the vent window seals on a ‘63 F85? With parts hard to find I want to know what the proper procedure is so I’m not doing unnecessary work and risking damage.

I have the seal kit and have removed the door panel. Does the whole window and crank assembly need to come out? Meaning my newer belt line seals will have to be replaced too?
