I have a 77 cutlass supreme with a 350 engine. So the car makes a little noise like sounds like a wobble(seems to be coming from flyweel/tc area). The engine dosent shake to bad but it dose slightly when you pop the hood u can see the motor shake bits its not really bad. So we looked at the flyweel to see if it was bent or rubbing on something everything good. Notice that on the torque converter there are small weights and we notice one to be loose it is like half way on half way off. So this can be the problem??? If si how to fix

 

Bent it back and tack weld it - good for another 25 years!

 

Would I have to do any balancing or anything if it threw it off balance
