What made it such a deal is it has new paint. Pretty decent, needs wet sanding. No big deal. But the kid had one of those portable carports that blew down and dinged the hood and a couple of other places. The paint's so new it'll be ok to match.

It has bucket seats (modern) and she found a humphugger type thing for $30. Column with a console works for me. Disk brake conversion on the front. All the lights work. It's a 350, has "455" hand painted on the fenders. It comes with a 455/th400 that has been machined and ready to go back together and all the parts. He gave me a new radiator but there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with this one. Already has a nice gauge pack hooked up and working. Underneath it is primo. It has new weather stripping, new carb, new exhaust, etc. it even has new speakers installed bu not wired.

Monday it got new tires. $450 out the door. Anybody heard of Primewell? Looks like they replaced the Firehawk. The car was a little under 4k and the guy delivered it so we didn't have to drive it home with no tag. It came with new door panels and few other items to be installed but, hey, that's what we do.

Now come my questions for you guys.

Does anybody make a radio, AM/FM maybe CD or AUX, that will fit without cutting or going to one of the "retro" types? I'm thinking somebody makes one. Doesn't have to have Oldsmobile on it or anything. Doesn't have to have a lot of power. I'll check JC Whitney and Crutchfield. Any other suggestion appreciated. Even an original am/fm would work fine for her.

Does anybody have 2 tailight lens/housings for sale? Two of them have chunks missing on the surround piece.

I've heard of Primewell tires and they are quite prevalent down in this neck of the woods. They are good tires that are sort of an off brand that are more affordable. I have used them with great results on my daily driver and if you rotate them every other oil change, they will wear evenly if everything else such as alignment and suspension parts are all good

We did have it aligned. It wasn't exactly $442 out the door but it was for the tires. He said it was out a good bit but everything else looked ok under there. The Firestone kids really liked the car.
