with this post in mind, made a SLIGHT change to the project. found a great deal on a 5.3L LS motor and 4L60E, so i snapped them up. with the money that would have gone into the Olds 350 and building the 200R4, this just made sense. plus, it will be an awesome driver with real power, plus mucho better MPG. planning on painting the blovk and valve covers gold in honor, and in tribute

Updates.. Great choice on the Efi drive train and overdrive trans...

I'm also interested in what you did to repair that lower windshield rot
