What happened to the "Something fun" thread?

Because everyone likes music, or so I thought.

I'm gonna blame it on Koda. He brought up a good thread about road songs.
Brought back some good memories. Post 'em up boys.

I don't have a bucket list, but if I did, seeing Gordon Lightfoot singing the Edmund Fitzgerald would be on it. So last year, my son bought us tickets to see him at Tupelo Hall in Derry New Hampshire. Gordon is getting old, but it was a once in a lifetime experience.

Ok, while we're on the subject, my oldest brother moves to Culver City CA in 1971. He asks me to drive his camper pickup out to him and he'll fly me back to Boston. So two of my buddies and I do so. 21 days from Boston to LA......We stop at the Grand Canyon, drag the speakers out of the truck and play Stairway to Heaven full blast:

My wife and I played E.F. for our sons when we crossed into the UP, and explained that they HAVE TO love the song and learn it by heart, and understand its significance as a resident of Michigan. Same goes for Seger.
