Why would we need that phone number? Join the long line of unsatisfied customers. Some still swear by him, but I personally cannot.
If he don't answer soon, take a little trip over there in Plattsburg, MO. If that's where he really is anymore. Only 1:20 minute drive from where you are.
All I can say is anyone dealing with this outfit eventually learns the hard way they should probably trust the trending feedback in the Olds community. Your money, your time, however.
Do a google search and you'll see for yourself and come to your own conclusion.

Not this time
I heard from 'Sarah' at oldsparts. She said to send part back and she would take care of it. Site says 'ALL' returns must have a 'RAN'(return authorization number) and will be subject to a restocking fee. Also I would have to pay for shipping. HA!HA!HA! I replied that I needed a RAN. I got one but they refused to pay for shipping. I have sent them pictures of wrong part. I have invested all the $$$ I'm going to. Any body need a pulley?

I bought some parts from Oldsparts, about $195. Never received them. Called multiple times leaving messages as no one ever answered. Emailed several times. Initiated a credit card dispute. I was on a Facebook Olds site and told this story as the original post was asking if they should buy from Oldsparts. Obviously, I said noooooo. Turns out this guy- Steve saw the post. He responded and said had checked his orders and there wasn’t an order from me, so I must be mistaken. When I produced a copy of the invoice clearly stating Oldsparts on it, he went quiet. No response, nothing. What a jerk.
