Here are some pics of the show http://www.flickr.com/photos/oldzzy/...7622005512466/ I realized that i didn't get a lot of good pics because as i was taking pics i stopped and talked to the owners or someone that was around and forgot what i had taken pics of! Plus the rain didn't help.

Well,I'm not surprised...I voted for you!! One of the judges told me he really liked that black 442 clone[69 with 70 hood etc],but you have a unique and very clean ride that showed VERY well!! Besides, you're from Keswick, just down the road from here in Barrie...got to get you out to the cruise nites on Wednesday and Saturday nights! Post some pics if you have them as I'm sure the folks would love to see your car....Derek

Wow I am very flattered. Thank you so much for the kind words and the vote! I have heard about the cruise nights in Barrie and actually attended a couple at the Burger King there on Saturday nights over the last couple of years. I do want to get up there and check out the Wed/Sun shows before the season is over. I haven't made it up that way yet with the car this summer with all the rain!
We took a bunch of pictures of the car on the weekend and I will put them in my album on here when I get a chance. I realized on the weekend that we have no pictures anywhere of the interior of the car, under the hood and inside the trunk other than the appraiser's and we've had the car since 2002. We took care of that this time!

Thanks Wolfman98!
It's had some paintwork but the top 1/2 of the car is still single stage paint. Below the trim is basecoat/clear from before we got the car as I just found out after having a trim piece off. The interior is original and I checked under the rear seat, front buckets and even under the front carpet. All the tags from the factory are all still attached with the VIN, colour, etc. on them. I was on the hunt for a build sheet but I don't think they used them on these from what I have seen.

OK, Derek. I'm a bit confused.
Where the hell did you see this trailer.
I didn't see this anywhere?
I think that trailer usually has a '69 H.O in it, and I never seen a '69 H/O this year...
You mentioned in one of your posts that you seen a '69 H/O, which confused me at first too.
Now I was trapped in the corner for a lot of the day, but I did try to get out to look around a bit, and never seen any H/0 s other than Shane's dad's '73 that was parked beside me and my junk...
Awesome pics though man! But I think you did miss one real nice red '69 442 that I saw there. lol

This is our big " end of season" show at the Bayfield Mall this Sunday: 0900-1500 hrs....$10.00 entry...prizes etc. They expect 100-150+ cars, and yes,I will be there at some point, and "no",I won't necessarily be voting you People's Choice this time!! Hope to see a lot of the "...too close to Toronto" crowd there[ hey,Muskrat, bring me my trophy O.K.?]..Derek...69 442 post
