The newer UK top gear

Tried to watch it this evening, I just can't stomach the same BS done poorly.
Not even close to being fun to watch.

I watched the first episode with an open mind (wasn't easy).

On a scale of 1-10, I grade them like this:

10 - Original Top Gear UK
6 - New Top Gear UK (I'm opimistic it will get better with time)
-3 - Top Gear USA

I HATE the new UK version.

The U.S. version has always sucked!

Have I made myself clear??

I thought Chris Evans demonstrated that Top Gear doesn't need Jeremy Clarkson.
He seemed to make a fair fist of his first show, no better or worse the his predecessors imo.
He was always going to be up against inertia from fans of the show, just as fans of other forms of entertainment normally don't like change. Over here there was a lot of traffic on facebook mostly decrying the fact that Clarkson had been sacked, as he should have been, assault should carry hard sanctions. But then if you want to be misinformed, ask a question on facebook. You may get a correct answer, but it will be swamped by BS and possibly well meant but ill informed opinions.

Roger.

I haven't seen the new UK version. Of course, I like the original and the U.S. version is ok too.

I don't like it, and couldn't make it more than 10 minutes. The original 3 had a great chemistry that I'm sure took years to develop. I don't care how much of a car guy LeBlanc is; he's still Joey from Friends.
The US version isn't much better than the new UK version as I can't stand Rutledge Wood.
