All of you guys in PA that have a medical marijuana license better get rid of your guns if you have any. Just read where it is illegal to have both. Why is not illegal to have opioids and guns? You need a prescription for them too and they are far more dangerous.

I heard the same thing was going on in Md. You can be on a script of oxy, but not ganja.

 

When you fill out the federal 4473, they ask about MJ use.

Say "No" when it is a "Yes" and you have committed perjury.

 

And no one has ever done that..........

 

It is because the federal authorities placed it on the same level as heroin and LSD, as a class 1 drug, and it is still there.
