Talking It ain't right, but...

My 67 Cutlass (3600) came in pieces when I bought it and I hadn't noticed, or more likely didn't know the difference in rear bumpers at the time, so when I unwrapped the fresh rechromes that came with the car recently, I see a Supreme/442 rear bumper. Makes sense as the previous owner was trying to turn it into a 442. Well I have a correct rear bumper, and maybe someday I'll have it redone. But for now some reflectors on homemade brackets will have to do. Whaddya think? (be nice)!

Or you can go all the way and use the new backup light openings and convert the old backup lights into brake/turn signals.

It looks okay, but IMO a little out of place... I would obtain some original backup lights and install them while converting the other backups to red tail lights, similar to what Eric mentions above... But, if you are content with the look, that is what really matters...

I like the look of the 4 tail lights much better than 2 tail and 2 white lights, sorry.

Point is it's not a Supreme. This I think keeps it closer to the 3600 series until I can work up the nerve to ask what it will cost to have the original bumper straightened and rechromed.
