Will Cutlass a-arms fit a 1970 98?

Your best bet is probably a junkyard or someone parting out a car.
Thera are definitely yards with '65 (or was it '64?) to '70 B and C bodies lying around.
Getting them flipped over to get to the A-arms is another story...

There's a junkyard several hours from where I live, no others yards of comparable size are nearby. Unfortunately, not many GM full-sized cars are there. There are some Cutlasses there though.
