What is the best way to remove the trunk script on a 70 cutlass?

 

I guess you just have to pry it up.

 

Yes--CAREFULLY PRY...it just has smooth studs that push into some inserts that are placed in the holes. You might tape off the paint or put a plastic bondo spreader, etc under whatever you are using to pry with if you are worried about the paint.
