Help needed for engine and transmission mounts.

I need advice on how to change out the motor and transmission mounts. The O'l 47 Coupe is in need of having the engine and transmission mounts replaced. I'm going to order them from kanters. Not sure if it is unbolt;raise;replace;lower;and tighten or more to it. The 47 Olds coupe is still stock flathead 6 cyl with the hydra-matic, and both engine and transmission need changed out. I'm in need of advice and the proceedure of how to do that. Not sure and would appreciate the proper guidence.
At a later date I will also need advice on how to replace the rear stock shocks. But that will be at a later date. Thank you 47 Coupe.

Generally the procedure would be:

1) Remove hood
2) Attach engine hoist
3) Raise hoist slightly
4) Unbolt engine/transmission mounts
5) Raise engine/transmission enough to access mounts
6) Replace engine/transmission mounts
7) Lower hoist
8) Reattach engine/transmission mounts

Of course, the best bet is to get a Factory Service Manual and Chassis Manual. You can usually order them from Fusicks or E-bay vendors.
