Poly engine or transmission mounts

Anybody using Poly engine or transmission mounts? I need to replace all my mounts and am wondering what I should buy. They are for my stock hp 68 442.

I like the more solid mounts. Less engine twisting means more power to the rearend, but others dont want to feel the engine vibrations in the seat of their pants. Never tried poly but have tried rubber and solid mounts.

No, no opinions because poly mounts don't exist for Oldsmobile engines.

I have a poly mount on my engine and transmission for my Alero. I have the 60* V6 Chevy motor in there though (they do make them for the 2.4 Twin Cam Olds based engines too)

The enigne doesn't move at much or even at all. That virbration is felt thru the entire body. The mushy rubber mounts are designed for more comfort than anything else

Joe, who makes the best mounts for my 68? Are they all basically the same or does it make a difference where I get them?
