Anyone know of any place that sells these outright? Fusick will do c/o but I'm in Australia so c/o is out of the question. have tried locally with no luck. have tried google with not much luck.

Kanter has them, is there anywhere else?

 

Try Terrill Machine in Texas. They advertize in Hemmings ever month. Theres other places, but these pieces arent hard to find.
