The car has been discussed at length on another forum.
Sam who is a member here went & looked at the car. It is reported to be a very nice car but there is no documentation for the car & the seller is not forth coming with the vehicle history.
Odd that the original listing was for $26K then relisted for $27K.
Very nice car & I would love to own it wether it is a tribute car or the real deal.

my opinion
The car is well worth owning - just don't pay W-31 money for a Cutlass. Personally I love the color combo. Too bad there is no documentation.

It has 3.91 gears, I talked to him and his wife the first year that they brought it to Homecoming I believe in 2009, he indicated then that he had no documentation, and was going by the options on it when he bought it, to think that it was a W31. It is a very nice car.
