1981 custom cruiser
It’s time to let go of my 1981 Oldsmobile custom cruiser diesel
since I’ve owned it:
two new battery’s.
replaced a failed hydro boost line and power steering pump.
added third row seat.
new tires.
class 3 receiver.
installed airlift bags in the rear springs.
I purchased new ac Delco steering components but they have not been installed.
purchased passenger side kick panel “trash receptacle” but never installed.
i do still have all of the diesel parts( https://classicoldsmobile.com/forums...-parts-153507/ ) plus’s new glow plugs and nos injection pump as well as a few other extra parts. I installed an aftermarket steering wheel I will be removing but I’ll leave the grant adapter with the car.
unfortunately I was sideswiped and had to replace both passenger doors as well as the forward half of the quarter. It does not have an engine. Asking $1000 obo, I will give anyone who wants to put it back on the road a good deal, I need room. Located in mount vernon, WA.

Thanks guys, not looking forward to seeing it go. I have too many projects between other cars and the house thinking about working on this stresses me out and I don’t have room to continue storing a vehicle this large that does not run.

I just finished installing a 403 out of a 78 Buick full size into the custom cruiser. It needs a few things buttoned up but it does run and drive now. Fresh spark plugs, oil and filter. Going to ask $3000 obo locally classic olds special price $2000.

I have been driving the wagon to work the last couple weeks. Runs well, fires up nicely and rolls down the freeway great. The 403 is a nice fit. I wanted to put it out there that I’m interested in trades/part trades.
interested in:
61/62 88( any trim level) 2 or 4 door
64 88 ( any trim level) 2 or 4 door
64/65 f85/cutlass 4 door or flat top wagon
72 cutlass 4 door or supreme
1987/88 cutlass supreme/salon
1990/91 Calais 2 door manual trans.
has to run and drive
