Where can I find a dual MC? Also a remote fill? Power booster available?
Thanks

Non are available that fit the original 56 unit. You have to go with a after market booster or from a later model car and modify your firewall to install it. I am in the process of upgrading my 57 to disc brakes with the dual power master cylinder. Takes a lot of modification but I believe it will be worth it.

Were you able to find a cheap kit? Discbrakemike is a little deep for my pockets right now, but would love to run disc.
Note though, I'm smoothing out the fire wall too, so wanted to keep it hidden under

Try scarebirds on the internet. Thats were I am purchased mine. The are also a litte pricy. I have not found anything for less dollars. Several aftermarket hotrod sites have frame mount power boosters. You could go with manual disc brakers and avoid the master booster.

Tony,

I'm not familiar with the 50s cars. Is the M/C under the floor? Why do you need a remote fill?

In any case, pick up any issue of Street Rodder. There are many, many vendors selling dual M/Cs, reduced diameter power boosters, etc. Also, if space for the booster is limited, consider a hydroboost unit..
