Rather than drill holes in the inner fender for brake line clearance out of the M/C, why not just get one of the aftermarket M/Cs that have ports on both sides? Speedway Motors is one of many vendors who sell them.

There were never any factory M/Cs with ports on both sides. This is an aftermarket invention and EVERYBODY sells them. Speedway Motors (among others) offers them in both iron and aluminum. Note that correct inverted flare plugs are included for the unused ports.

Thanks for the info. Inline Tube Tech line told me, they have the ones, with ports on both sides, but it is for a 4 wheel disc application. Trust me, the last thing I want to do is drill holes in the fenderwell. Will have to look back into this. I like the idea of just plugging off the side you do not use.

Kinda weird, the owner, whom is super fussy, did not have to think very long before giving me the go-ahead to drill holes in his 54 year old mint condition fenderwell. And...once I exit through there, I have to connect to the proportioning valve and back to the front and rear lines. Almost more of a pain in the ***.

Time may be on my side, because originally planned on finishing this today(Sat). But yesterday afternoon at work, decided to stick a boxcutter, in my thigh and get 7 stitches. Stupid mistake!!!

The ones for the four wheel disc applications simply don't have the residual pressure valve in the rear port. You can use an in-line external residual pressure valve and accomplish the same thing.

Have not been on this message board, in awhile. Job turned out great. Stops on a dime, with nickel change. Anyone interested in doing this, feel free to contact me with a PM or e-mail Jaytee43@hotmail.com
