Super 88 Power brake booster issue

On our 60 super 88 brakes were not the best when I got it and now there worse. I've adjusted all 4 drums, and bled all 4 stopping has improved but pedal is very hard. I unhooked the pcv and the vacuum tank and ran a single vacuum from rear of carburetor to the booster no improvement. I'm assuming my booster is bad. Does anyone know of a booster from what would fit and work properly. I'm also thinking about adding a dual master cyl. And separating the fr. & rear lines to it.

I am sure you can get the booster rebuilt. I had mine (1962) done for a reasonable price by these guys -

I do recommend them, based on my experience.

Get a correct replacement booster or have yours rebuilt. As for a dual circuit M/C, the cylinder from a 1962-66 Caddy will bolt to your current M/C and provides the dual circuit redundancy.
