Disc brake conversion issue w/power booster fitting

I have a 68 442 that I am converting from front drum brakes to front power disc brakes. There is a fitting on the intake that needs to be male 3/8"-27 with a 90degree elbow and a female 1/2"-20 in order to fit the vacuum tubing that goes to the booster. Apparently nobody makes one so I am wondering how the original 68 vacuum tubing was made or connected or what can I do to connect mine. Any help is appreciated.

Not sure if this will help or not.
I built this engine for my 69. It is
a 455 with a 398662-D2 intake.
I think the elbow you need is the one
with the tube that goes to the booster
on the back of the intake, correct?

You are absolutely correct but the elbow must have a male 3/8"-27 (bottom) and female 1/2"-20 (top) and apparently the 69 models are different (but I never measured a 69 elbow and I don't have one) if any one as the elbow like in the picture with those measurements I would love to buy it or trade for it. If you can just measure that one it would be a great help to me.

Here are pics of what I found.
The small one on the left is from a 69, D-2 intake.
The larger on on the right is from I don't know.
They both have the same male end, 5/16 I believe
to fit into the intake. The larger one one I think will
accept the 3/8 line or tube.

My camara hates close-ups.

Inline Tube sells the entire set up. It is part # INL10103 and goes for $32. You can also look in McMaster Carr and see if they have thoes fittings.
