Master Cyl Rebulders?

I need advice on refurbing a master cylinder and booster for a '72 H/O. The goal is to retain as much of the factory look as possible. Anyone had experience in this area? Any vendor recommendations?
Thanks!

Some remanufactured MC's are correct. I don't believe there are any date codes on MC's. You can even buy the rebuild kit for yours if you want. Summit sells the whole booster with MC that is all new cadmium plate.

There ARE julian dates on the original Delco Moraine master cylinders. Some are clearer to read than others, but they are also on the underside, where you can't see them once the master cylinder is installed.

booster

I had my booster rebuilt and replated, and the MC cap replated, by Steve at www.Brakeboosters.com . Cost around $200 for the whole deal. Maybe a bit more to buff out the pitting. Thought about rebuilding the MC, but got what looks identical to the original (a rebuilt unit) at NAPA for about $30.00.
