full size rear discs !!!!!!!

Been looking for some time for any kind of rear brake kit for my 74 delta 88.With the mods I've done to the powertrain, brakes are a necessity. My neighbor has a 2002 gmc safari van 4x4 that I've done brakes on a few times and haven't chucked the old parts. As it happens the bolt pattern is 5x5 . The front rotors are a perfect fit for the backspacing and the fit of the hub/axle. I will be making my own caliper mounting brackets and using aftermarket 2 piston calipers with drilled rotors, and try several pad configurations. So for those of you who appreciate a REAL car with room, and need the stopping power try this mod.

Glad to hear this worked out for you. Other rear disk options with 5x5 bolt pattern rotors are the 80s vintage Eldos and the 91-96 Caprices.

the fronts are stock 74 delta 88. the rear are I believe 11 inch vented.like 10.91 inch. almost exactly the same diameter as the backing plate were the rear drums used to be.

How are you going to rig up a parking brake?
