68 Toronado Master Cylinder 4wheel drum
68 Toronado Master Cylinder 4wheel drum
Need to get a new master cylinder for the 68 Toronado. The car has 4 wheel drums. But everywhere I go, they list only the disc/drum master cylinder.
Is the same for the drum/drum and disc/drum?
If I look up a 67 Toronado, it lists a deep and a shallow piston model????
Thanks

I am in the library to use computer -- and books are in the office...
I have the master cylinder for a 4 wheel drum 1968 OLDS TORONADO -- and will have to look it up ---- they may indeed show 2 different master cylinders -- during the era of 1967 through 1970 -----
General Motors bought from "their own" company ++ Delco Moraine ++
(Shallow seat) and Bendix (Deep Seat) -- and the two are NOT interchangeable --- to paraphrase a famous song --- "what comes out --
must go in"
Give me a call -- and I'll see if that applies to 1968 -- off the top of my head -- I believe it does ------- you'll have to check what you have to get the correct one -- and why waste money shipping back and forth????????????
