Interior Floor Pan and Rust treatment

I finally got the seats out and "overall", the pan is pretty good, except on the front passenger side. Found rust was heavier here, one small pin hole, sanding with 80-100. Was next going to convert this section with OSPHO, several coats. Now, I really don't want to go the POR route at all, but what primer/treatment should I use after treating with OSPHO I guess I don't need to top coat with the "original" color, as no one will see it under the carpet. Oh, was thinking about cleaning out old pan joint sealer (front section by your feet-both sides). Most likely rust under here except at the high point (transmission). Thanks!
