After my father decided to drill out the trunk lock, I'm having a hard time finding a replacement. I've searched everywhere it seems, and can't seem to find a trunk lock that has the little bump-out that holds the lock cover open. I also can't seem to figure out what it's even called..

Anyone know what I should be looking for or where I can find a replacement? The one's I've ordered just have a smooth lock face.

 

Have you tried any Oldsmobile parts salvage yards?

google that and then pick up phone and start making calls. Somebody will have that part, or know where you can get it.
