Hello!

I am having hard time trying to figure out where this exact part should be mountet on the body

1971-1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Trunk Floor Crossmember

Manual did not really show details on trunk parts and youtube videos only show the brackets below trunk floor but not this

Open trunk and at forward end is the mirror image of your part. Now go below the car, in same place, and that is where your part will go. Just a little ahead of differential. Hard to photo since lots of stuff there.


Inside trunk. Mine is a vert. But the bulkhead is the jigsaw piece of yours.



Below in same area. Look for the fuel vapor lines that are routed through the smaller holes



Tough area to see.
