How to decode stamp on red inner fenders

Guys,

Can anyone tell me how to decode a stamp in my red plastic inner fenders. My car is a undocumented w30, and I have taken it apart to repaint it, While cleaning the inner fenders, I found the date stamp on each and the numbers are consecutive, but my car has an April 1970 build date and was curious when these were made. I will try and add pic to this post...

I suspect the consecutive numbers are the part numbers for right and left sides. I've seen the 70 date code before, but don't think there's a way to get any closer than that. Its also likely for the 70 model year, not the calendar year so they may have been made in the last half of 1969. John
