Frame off “how to” and body bushng recommendations??

As title says…
1970 Olds Cutlass/442

anyone know of a tutorial or video that presents the best methods to remove the body from the frame, and replace all the body bushings?? I wanna strip my frame and sealcoat it also

kinda like this

http://www.gnttype.org/techarea/body.../bushings.html

also what is the most recommended bushing option these days?? I wanna keep a coosh ride, not gonna track race it so no need tor solid body bushings. Did that in my other classic
