Bumber adjustments

Hi all! I was wondering about bumper adjustments on a 68 442. My front bumper is pitched out/up on the bottom and my rear bumper looks like it needs sucked forward a bit. I was wondering which bolts out of all of them I should loosen to achieve what I need for each.

I think the rear is pretty straight forward, but I'm not sure if I should leave it or try to get it tighter.

For the front, I loosened the support arms at each end, but not sure which main bolts to loosen or if i should loosen all of them.

Pictures of my current situations included.

It's the bumper brackets to frame bolts you need to loosen.

I've done this numerous times. Suggestion - use a floor jack or two (better). Form/Fashion 2x4s or whatever material of your choosing (I've also used roofing shingles). Loosen the hardware, support the bumper with floor jack(s) and you can get darn handy with making adjustments.

Great suggestions, thanks! Im not a body guy. Anything else automotive wise I'm game for and pretty good at. Just not body work, even as simple as this ha ha.
