Engine pulling tips??
I've got the engine stripped ('73S 455/TH400) of everything and the only connections left are the mounts and the bellhousing bolts. I think. I pulled the plastic cover off the bottom of the housing and all I see is the flywheel and a big blue torque converter. Are there any other mechanical connections in here? There doesn't seem to be enough room in there for anything, but I am a rookie, and don't want any suprises. When unbolted will it just pull apart? Help/tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

With time and effort you engine bay will look good to. Just keep it simple, clean and paint everything. Don't use spray bombs. The quality of that paint just does not hold up through the years.
Get yourself some good quality chassis paint. Talk to your automotive paint supplier about what to use.
I used SEM chassis black with a 'wet look' additive. I didn't want a gloss, but wanted something more than the factory semi gloss finish.
Thanks
