I can decipher some of the numbers, using the Olds FAQ here. Unfortunately the numbers don't tell you anything you didn't already know.

"386525" is the casting code for the block. That code was only used in 1965.
The capital letter "A" is an ID code. Again, specific to 1965 engines. That ID code, for what it's worth, is a quick way to distinguish an Olds big-block from a small-block. BBOs will have a letter there, whereas SBOs will use numbers instead.

Interestingly, the FAQ indicates that the ID code normally precedes the casting code. I've got a '66 425 with ID code D, but I don't remember exactly how the numbers are placed on it, nor if there are any extra numbers.

I don't know what the last two 3s mean. If the whole reason for your post was to figure out what the 3s were, then I apologize for wasting your time.
