Whats a good oil for break in

I was reading on car craft and i saw they mentioned Rotella T 15w-40 having a high ZDDP content, so i'm leaning towards using this. But after searching i found it only had a little over 1200ppm zinc/phosphorus. Is this a sufficient amount of should i be using something else?

just make sure you have a good amount of cam lube on the lobes and an extra bottle of assembly lube in with the oil you use (i have a local shop that runs 2 bottles) and will be good. i would add another bottle at the first couple oil changes also. i am seeing many guys using Cam Shield on every oil change with flat tappet lifters. just use your favorite oil if this is what you do.

I just purchased a crate motor and the only oil they recommend for break in is the Shell Rotella 15-40. The directions state that if any other oil is used you must add break in fluid. No additives necessary for the Rotella.
