Aluminum radiator
#2
Take a drive over to summit, they have a 27 3/8x19" crossflow aluminum radiator that costs (Manual trans $159.95, PN sum-380328 or automatic trans $209.95, PN 381328).
I run one in my 64, its well made and inexpensive.
The only change that needed to be made was that the corners, where the radiator mounts, at the bottom of the support, had to be squared off so the radiator would sit all the way down in.
Depending on what engine you are running you may be able to use the 25 3/4 or the 22" wide version with out any modifications at all.
