good camshaft
good camshaft
can anyone suggest a good camshaft for a 70 w-30 with power brakes and a/c. I am looking just for the stock camshaft for a 1970 w-30 with a/c, p/s p/b. no modifications just stock automatic standard stall, 3.23 diff. everything is stock

Do you have a preference for flat tappet vs roller? Hard to beat a roller cam other than the price. You can sneak a roller in there with harland sharp rockers under stock valve covers (baffles removed or thick/double gaskets) and nobody will know the difference.
Another consideration (if you don't want to run a roller cam) is if you are planning to run stock rockers. That will provide some additional lift limitations.

not enough info
You did not say how you plan to use the vehicle.
One also needs to know rear gear ratio & rear tire height plus converter stall when picking camshaft.
Stock vs ported heads & exhaust manifolds vs headers all need to be known to select the right cam for your specific application.
Good luck
Um, how about the stock cam? Keep in mind that the AT cars did NOT use the 328/328 cam, but the same 285/287 cam used in every AT 442 that year (as well as in the W33 and W34 motors).
Ray, the 406768 is what I put in my W-30. I had those cams ground by EPC per the specs given me by Joe C. after I figured out no one actually offers it. That grind kind of splits the difference between the 400165 (W-30 auto) and the 402194 (W-31) in 70. The 68 deg. overlap works well with power brakes, and gives it a nice burble at idle. I only have one left - Joe C. might have one. I might need to do another run of them in the future!
Erson Hi Flow 1. 228/228@.050 with .504 lift on both.
Or Viking 100H if you want something a little milder. That's 222/222@.050 with .476 lift on both.
