Where to buy a 455
Guys where can I buy a really good running 455. I have a 69 old 442 with a 400 motor in it I’d like to take that out and keep it fresh as long as possible but I would like to buy a motor that would run really good Without breaking my bank account anybody have any ideas thanks for the help

I have a couple 455 core motors, 1 long block 70 motor (E) heads, spun bearing and short block (FA block) is taken apart for inspection. Both would need rebuilding but a stock rebuild may not be too pricey? These would need intake/carb, valve covers, brackets other accessories. PM me if interested.

If you don't want to "break the bank" you should put your location because shipping may break the bank. Jmo.

What do you consider breaking the bank? Olds aren't cheap engines to build & its not like a SBC where you can order a crate engine

Well, that narrows it down to possibly 260 miles away if you were in Cincinnati for instance.
