To buy or not to buy...that is the question.

'89 Olds Touring Sedan, 100k, clean outer body/interior but has this issue underneath 100MEDIAIMAG1072.jpg

Car is priced very low due, I take it, to this problem. Is repairing this (A) feasible, and (B) worth it?

Once those cars start rusting underneith...plan on replacing brake lines fuel lines etc
