It squeal when first crank up and sometimes It doesn't but usually always when it gets warmed up and sometimes it goes away after it warms up. Squealing sound get higher when reaved up. Had heard stories how sometimes being starter not disingaging and starter is about five years old and it does squeal when it just idiling and driving any help would be appreciated thank you.

with the belts removed?
that kind of rules out PS and WP
Got oil in the engine?
Sounds like maybe a vacuum leak.
Use a pc of hose as a stethoscope when the noise is present, to locate the source. Listen in the oil fill, around the intake gaskets and fittings, etc.

Look for things rubbing: bent flexplate, something against the balancer, that kind of thing.
If nothing, then, yeah, a spun bearing goes up the list a few notches.
Is there any way to localize it? Like, by listening through a pipe?

Sounds like a diesel
or a gas engine with a bad main bearing.
I foresee engine removal in your future.... and mine.
I saw a belt still turning, so maybe the AC is the source, esp. if its clutch is dying.
