Dynomax VT for 455, your advise ?

Guys, i need Your advice here.
I have a 455 tuned to 400 h.p. with a max of 5600 rpm/min.
The carb is a 4 barel 750 cubic something DEMON . Headman headers x-pipe and flowmaster 40 series mufflers with 2,5 inch pipe. The noise inside the car at 40-60 miles is too much to enjoy the ride. I've been looking for something melow and low bass sound , without the drone at crusing speed. Can You recomend the Dynomax VT?

or i shold look for something else? Magnaflow maybe?

Wow, Flowmasters too loud and annoying. Who'da thunk it...

I've been a long-time proponent of Dynomax mufflers. I have no experience with the VT mufflers and frankly, that just seems like one more thing to break. Just get the normal Dynomax turbos (short or long case, your call) and you'll be happy.

I don't know anyone thats used the VT but I have used the welded ultraflos on several projects. Its hard to beat the sound and performance.

I had 40 series on my 71 with the same pipes drove me crazy with the dron could not drive with windows up, changed to their 50 series and am more than happy with interior noise level you hear it at low speeds but is more than acceptable at hwy speeds. My .02
