455 timing tab

Does anyone know where i can purchase a metal timing tab for my 455? I have looked at summit and they do not sell them.

It's unlikely you'll find anything aftermarket and the only one available from GM is the plastic 307 tab. Wrecking yard is your only option. Note that any 68-up Olds motor is a suitable donor.

depends what you are doing with your engine. In my case non-vacum setting is 24 degrees and the vacuum settin is 32 degrees, I am using the plastic tab that goes to 20 degrees and fabricating a new tab.
